The Human Resources and Training Department seeks to assist ARDO in achieving its vision and strategic goals through the implementation of specialized and diverse training programs to raise the efficiency of its employees, develop their technical and functional capabilities, and raise the level of efficiency and productivity for all ARDO’s employees. It also seeks to contribute to their management effectively to ensure the development of their performance and productivity in a systematic and thoughtful manner.

  • Scientifically enriching employees and developing the necessary skills and attitudes that make them able to perform their current and future jobs efficiently and effectively.
  • Improving work quality and productivity.
  • Improving ARDO’s workers morale by adapting psychological and social development training programs. Also assisting in overcoming all obstacles in the work environment.
  • Building trust, dependency, and loyalty to the institution.

This unit specializes in supervising the implementation of training programs related to skills development courses such as English language and computer skills, or institutional development courses such as management and secretarial development courses, accounting and finance courses, and industrial security and occupational safety courses.

This unit specializes in organizing and different engineering and technical courses for ARDO employees by recruiting highly qualified trainers that meet the approved Libyan quality standards.

Following up all ARDO sponsored students either locally or abroad. It also ensures the implementation of all regulations that governs postgraduate studies.

Provide assistance in organizing scientific cooperation between ARDO with other scientific institutions. It is also provide assistance in organizing scientific seminars and workshops held at ARDO. In addition, supervising ARDO participation in scientific conferences and exhibitions held locally or internationally.

Preparing annual reports related to the various activities of the department, as well as following up, analyzing of all evaluation questionnaires at the end of each course in order to identifying strengths and weaknesses, and proposing appropriate solutions to avoid them in the future.

This unit is concerned with the routine work of administrative procedures, such as keeping files and organizing documents.
